What are your hours?
Our phone hours are Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm MST, and closed Sunday. Facility access hours are 24/7, meaning, you can access your unit at any time of any day. You can also rent a unit, pay your bill, and access your account from any device and from anywhere.
Do I have to meet someone at the facility to rent a unit?
No, we give you the ability to rent a unit right from our website by clicking "Rent Storage". Follow the instructions on that page. Once the unit is rented, you will receive an email and/or text with instructions and more information on how to access the unit. You will be able to move in right away.
Can I store a vehicle in one of your 10x25 units?
We do not allow vehicles to be stored in the bigger enclosed units.
How do I pay my bill?
We suggest that you get on auto pay that is the easiest to insure that you won't miss a bill. You can also login to your account online, and pay your bill or you can call us at
435-447-4777 and make a payment over the phone.
Are my belongings secure?
Yes, we have 15+ cameras around the facility, great lighting, and we also have a tenant protection plan you can add onto your rental to protect your belongings.
Is the facility graveled or paved up to the units?
The facility is paved and we have asphalt leading up to every storage unit except for the outdoor parking spaces.
Do I provide my own lock?
In most cases, you will, we do have a select few units that have a lock and a key assigned to them. If there is a key and lock inside the unit on the floor then you’re required to use the provided lock. If there’s not a key and lock on the floor of the unit then you will apply your own disc lock to the unit.
How do I access my unit when renting online?
You will receive instructions on how to access the unit by text and email. You will receive a code for the gray disc lock that the unit is secured with, you’ll put our gray disc lock in our dropbox attached to the side of unit W35.
